eavesdropping

Overheard in the kitchen last night, while I was nursing Madeleine in the living room:

Ben: babbling

Nathan: Yes, that’s the dishwasher.

Ben: babbling

Nathan: Because we have better things to do than wash dishes.

Ben: babbling

Nathan: The machines are our slaves.

Ben: more babbling

Nathan:  Yes, one day they’ll rebel.

Ben: still babbling

Nathan: But that’ll be your problem, not ours.

*sigh*, wrong, just wrong.  But I’ll admit I giggled, and that’ll probably only encourage the behavior.
